Benedict Krauskopf, Jr.

Ben Krauskopf, Jr. (also known as Junior to many) age 57 of Del Rio, Texas passed away on June 10, 2022 in San Angelo, Texas after a courageous battle with ALS.

Ben was born in Fort Worth, Texas to Bennie and Joan Krauskopf on November 15, 1964. He grew up in Del Rio and graduated from Del Rio High School. He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Roxanne Marie Krauskopf.

Ben was an avid sportsman and loved hunting, fishing and camping.  He also loved gardening and grew his own vegetables and huge pumpkins.  Ben was a simple man and loved to barbeque and sitting around a fire outside while catching up with friends and family.

Ben is survived by his brother Edward Krauskopf (Donna), sisters Sue Flake and Joanie Bolner (Victor “Dan”).

Funeral Services will be directed under Alpine Memorial Funeral Home with graveside services on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Holy Angels Cemetery in Alpine, Texas.
