Estefana Urquidez

Estefana Urquidez 91, beloved daughter, Mother, Grandmother, Great-grandmother, and Great-Great grandmother, was called to her eternal resting place on February 28th, 2023 in Laveen, Arizona.

She entered this world on September 8th, 1931 in Alpine, Texas, born to Manuel Robledo and Petra Garcia.  She grew up in Alpine Texas and attended school there.  She worked as a waitress at the Holland Hotel, before transitioning to Big Bend Regional Hospital then to Alpine Valley Care Center and Bien Venido Restaurant as a waitress working with her brother Manuel Robledo.

In 1957, Estefana Married Margarito Urquidez, they lived and raised two children in Alpine Adela and Rebecca and one grandchild Amanda.

In May 2020 her husband of 60 years passed away.

Estefana is survived by daughter Adela Urquidez-Samara and Rebecca Urquidez Thomas.
