Florencio Molinar

Florencio "Lencho" Molinar, 86, longtime resident of Alpine, passed away in Forth Stockton, Texas on Wednesday, November 9, 2016.

He was born December 12, 1929 in Lajitas, Texas to Ramon and Carolina Molinar.

Florencio is survived by his daughter, Susana Liddell and son, Frank Molinar both of Fort Davis, Texas, his grandchildren, Becky Puckett, Adam Liddell, Aaron Liddell, John Liddell, Wesley Molinar and Ashley Molinar, five great grandchildren, and sisters, Albina Molinar, Flora Ybarra, Victoria Holguin and Socorro Villa.

Florencio worked at Big Bend National Park. He also worked at varous ranches and did carpentry work threw out Fort Davis, Texas.

Rosary followed b y Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church with Deacon Paul Lister officiating. Graveside service will follow at Holy Angels cemetery. Alpine Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Condolences may be sent to www.alpinememorialfuneralhome.com.
