Joenel Espinoza

Joenel A. Espinoza, 53, of Alpine, passed away at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa, Texas on Saturday, March 12, 2016.

Rosary Service was held at 10 a.m. followed with Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, March 18, 2016 at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church. Graveside services will be at the Holy Angels cemetery. Fr. Mike Alcuino will officiate. Alpine Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Joenel was born in Alpine, Texas on March 4, 1963 to Victorino P. and Dolores A. Espinoza. Joenel was employed with Morrison's True Value Hardware store. He started working at True Value in 1982, he worked for 34 years. He had worked in all the departments of the store, at one time or another. He liked collecting baseball caps and knifes. He loved the Christmas season. He was always trying different things and restaurants.

He is survived by his spouse, Jesusita Salgado of Alpine, his sister, Belinda L. Espinoza of Alpine, his niece, Dolores Ruth Pearce and nephews, Doyle Clayton and Charles Allen Pearce of Alpine.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Victorino and Dolores Espinoza and a brother, Juan A. Espinoza.
