Letha Steele

Letha Marlene Steele, 56, of Alpine, Texas passed away at her residence on Saturday, December 21, 2013.

Memorial Service will be held at University Baptist Church, 1701 N. 4th St., in Alpine, at 2:00 p.m., Saturday , January 4th, 2014. Alpine Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Steele was born July 27, 1957 in Alamogordo, New Mexico to Roy and Ruby Vaughn. She was a High School graduate and had worked as a custodian for the Permian Basin Community Centers.

She is survived by her husband, William Britt Steele of Alpine, daughters, Sheila and Darla of Monahans and Donna of Tyler. She is also survived by a son, Michael of Monahans and seven grandchildren.
