Nancy Molina of Fort Davis, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, passed away on Monday, May 22, 2017, at Big Bend Regional Medical Center with her loving mother and father by her side. Nancy was 41.
Nancy was born in Houston on Aug. 24, 1975, to Maria Molina. Within a few short years, God blessed Nancy with a loving step-father, Jeffrey Landgrebe, and Nancy's family was complete.
A Celebration of Life for Nancy will be held at on Saturday, June 3, 2017, at 11 a.m., at the Come and Take It BBQ in Alpine, Texas. Funeral Celebrant Joe Greer Denham III will officiate.
Nancy was born with cerebral palsy, but despite this, Nancy was a star, and the rewards were tremendous. Not being able to speak, Nancy could certainly communicate, and had a huge smile. Nancy was a student, and a student of life. Nancy was very intelligent, and could get her point across. She was able to make her own choices, and she had likes and dislikes. She adored life, and she loved pink and purple.
Nancy loved watching Walker Texas Ranger, and listening to her favorite country music singers, Vince Gill and Randy Travis. Nancy loved to go for long drives in the mountains with her parents, stargazing, and she missed eating at Joe's Crab Shack. Nancy especially loved her animals, her dogs Rocki, Shawna and Sweetheart, and her donkeys, KoKo and Greg. Nancy loved Mexican food, spaghetti, and lasagna.
Preceding Nancy in death were her grandparents Encarnacion Molina, Maria Molina, Neil Landgrebe and Bernice Landgrebe.
Also preceding Nancy in death were her very beloved dogs, Rocki and Shawna.
Those surviving Nancy to honor and cherish her life are her parents, Maria and Jeffrey Landgrebe; and her brother Robert Molina and wife Christina, of Aiken, South Carolina. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces. Nancy is also survived by her beloved four-legged family members, her dog, Sweetheart, and her donkeys, Koko and Greg.
Nancy will never be forgotten by any of those who knew her. Nancy's legacy is in the fabric of her family's life, and all whose lives were touched by Nancy. Nancy lived a full life of laughter and joy, as well as bringing laughter and joy to others.
The Molina/Landgrebe family has entrusted Alpine Memorial Funeral Home with the arrangements.
