T.C. Knecht

T.C. Knecht, 72, resident of Fort Davis since 1990, passed away peacefully, Monday, April 29, 2013, after a lengthy illness.

Born April 30, 1940, in Dallas, he is survived by wife Anita of Fort Davis and sons Michael McNeel of Alpine and Joshua Stracener.

Mr. Knecht was a combat decorated Marine Corp veteran who took part in the Cuban missile crisis blockade, of which he was very proud. He will be sorely missed by all who loved and cared for him.

Services will be at 3:00 p.m., Friday, May 3, 2013 at his home, 4.3 miles North of Fort Davis on Hwy 17. Burial will follow in the family cemtery.

Services were entrusted to Alpine Memorial Funeral Home.
