Warren L. Bain

Warren L. Bain, a dedicated firefighter and law enforcement officer in the U.S. Forest Service of New Mexico, has sadly passed away in Alpine, Texas on March 28, 2024. Born on September 17, 1943, Warren's life was marked by his unwavering commitment to serving and protecting his community.

Throughout his career, Warren displayed courage and selflessness in the face of danger, ensuring the safety of those around him. His passion for firefighting and law enforcement left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of working alongside him.

Beyond his professional life, Warren was known for his various hobbies and interests, including leathercrafting, fishing, and horse training. These pursuits brought him joy and allowed him to express his creativity in unique ways.

Warren will be deeply missed by his surviving family and friends, including his beloved wife Tamara Mayo, his sons Leland and John Bain, former wife Hilda Bain, grandchildren Leah, Lauren, and Bryce Bain, as well as his sister Betty Kalm.

In addition to his survivors, Warren is reunited in peace with his deceased family members: father Albert Eugne Bain, mother Ruth Irene Bain, sisters Lillie Mae and Tommie Quaita Joyce, brothers Audie Joe, Jimmy Glen, and Jerry Dan. Their memories will forever be cherished as part of Warren's legacy.

Warren L. Bain's dedication to service, coupled with his kindness and warm spirit, will be remembered fondly by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. May he rest in eternal peace.
